The Importance of Basic Natural Science for Students

Basic natural sciences are branches of science that seek to elucidate the rules that govern the natural world by using empirical and scientific method. Natural sciences are the basis for applied sciences. Students need to learn about basic natural sciences therefore they can understand the nature where they live. (Chandra, 2010)

The students can utilize scientific method to solve problems in their life. Next, natural sciences can form a natural attitudes because peoples who studying natural sciences will be familiar to perform the steps that form natural attitude. This book also explains how human beings are uniquely able to develop science and technology. (Jasin, 2010)

Start from curiosity, human minds developed more and more, they also never satisfied until they can find something acceptable in logic. Humans gain knowledge from their experiences. These experiences will continue to grow and be passed to the next generation. (Indriani, 2011)

Other things discussed in this book are technology. Technology development begins with a various kinds of experiments performed by humans until they finally manage to find tools that can help human life. Shortly, people especially students be expected that after graduation are not only experts in their fields but also in other fields.
